Do you accept returns, refunds, or cancellations?

Generally, no — all sales are final. As each piece is one-of-a-kind vintage, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for change of mind, styling preferences, or sizing issues not attributable to us.

Each piece is one-of-a-kind. If you have any hesitation before purchasing, reach out — a quick message is all it takes, and we will share what information we have.

When will you accept a return or refund?

We will take responsibility when something on our side has not been accurately represented — if an item differs from what was described, a flaw was not noted in the listing, or there is a meaningful discrepancy in condition. In those cases, please reach out through our contact form and we will work to find a resolution together.

What falls outside our responsibility: purchasing without reviewing the available information, a change of preference after receiving the piece, or a colour or silhouette that did not work as hoped.

The piece does not fit. What are my options?

Where a listing carries measurements or a “best fits like” note, that is what we have on the piece. If you are unsure, ask before ordering.

If a listing does not include measurements, or if you are unsure before purchasing — between sizes, planning to layer, or uncertain how a particular silhouette will work for you — please use our contact form before placing your order. We will share what we have and advise the best we can. This is the right time to ask.

How do I contact you about an issue with my order?

If something does not seem right upon receiving your order, please reach out through our contact form within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the concern, and photographs where relevant. We will respond as soon as possible.

Please do not return or send back any piece without first hearing from us — we need to assess the situation before any next steps can be taken, and returns made without prior communication cannot be processed on our end.
