Shipping policy
Where we ship from, and dispatch
We ship worldwide from Greece. Every order is prepared by us within 2–4 business days of confirmed payment — this is the time we take to carefully pack your piece before it leaves our hands. This is preparation time, not transit time. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Every order travels on a tracked service.
Delivery estimates by region
- Greece & Cyprus — On us. 3–5 business days.
- European Union — €10. 7–14 business days. On us over €200.
- United Kingdom — €12. 9–18 business days. On us over €250.
- USA & Canada — €18. 7–14 business days. On us over €250.

All estimates are in business days from the moment of dispatch — not from the date of order. Customs processing time is not included and may add additional days depending on your country.
Shipping rates are set in euro (EUR). If you are shopping in another currency, checkout shows the equivalent amount in that currency at the current exchange rate — so the figure you see at checkout may differ slightly from the euro rate quoted above.
Is shipping ever on us?
Yes. Orders over €200 within the EU, and over €250 to every destination worldwide. Greece and Cyprus are on us regardless of order value.
My order has not arrived within the estimated window. What should I do?
Start by checking your tracking link — parcels are often held briefly at a customs facility en route, which is normal and typically resolves within some days. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or the estimated delivery window has passed, please reach out through our contact form with your order number and the product’s title. We will look into it and keep you informed.
We understand the anticipation that comes with receiving something you have carefully selected. While customs procedures and potential third-party delays are beyond our control, we will do our best to support you and remain by your side until your order reaches you.
Who pays import duties and customs fees?
This depends on the destination.
United States. Import duty is prepaid before dispatch and is not collected on delivery. Any additional costs, taxes or charges — state sales and use tax among them — are not included in the item price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
European Union. Orders move within the EU customs union. There is nothing to pay on arrival.
Everywhere else, including the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand — any duty, tax or charge applied on arrival is set by the destination country. It is not included in the item price or shipping cost and remains the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to predict or advise on these amounts; your local customs authority is the source to ask.
Will you mark my order as a gift or undervalue it for customs?
No. We declare all shipments accurately and at full value. Misrepresentation on customs documents is illegal and creates liability for both parties. We will not do this under any circumstances.
My parcel is being held by customs. What should I do?
Contact your local customs authority directly, using the tracking number we provided. Customs holds are common for international shipments of clothing and are typically resolved within a few business days once you supply any requested documentation. If the carrier contacts you for additional information — such as a tax number or identification — this is standard procedure for high-value international shipments and does not indicate a problem.
How is each piece packaged?
Every order passes through our hands before it reaches yours. We pack each piece ourselves — with care, not routine — because we know what it took to find it and what it will mean to receive it. Each garment is protected to arrive in the same condition it left us.
