Nina Ricci is a Paris couture house founded in 1932 by Maria "Nina" Ricci and her son Robert.
Nina Ricci was founded in Paris in 1932 by Maria "Nina" Ricci and her son Robert, who ran the business. The house became one of the names of Paris couture and an early pioneer of ready-to-wear, and its fragrance L'Air du Temps followed in 1948. Robert Ricci chose Jules-François Crahay to design for the house in 1954, and Gérard Pipart led its collections from 1963 until 1998. Since 1998 Nina Ricci has belonged to the Spanish group Puig.
